Under this strategic vision, IYWD seeks to achieve the following:

• Support young women understand feminist economics and be able to explore different ways of earning livelihoods and have an informed say in allocation of resources
• Promote economic literacy among girls as a way of enhancing their well-being and activism, with the understanding that money and macro-economic issues are feminist issues; that understanding money; women’s relationship with money and demanding space at the table to decide how to allocate resources (at least the local governance level) is a priority for young women.
